Webinar: Enhancing Vulnerable Road User Safety though the Texas Statewide Active Transportation Plan

Enhancing Vulnerable Road User Safety though the Texas Statewide Active Transportation Plan

Tuesday, September 23 | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (CDT)

Greg Reininger
Planning Lead
Public Transportation Division
Texas Department of Transportation

Texas’ rapid growth requires a transportation strategy that is responsive to the increasing and changing needs of residents, workers, and visitors. Join us to hear about the Texas Statewide Active Transportation Plan, which highlights the role that walking, biking, and using other mobility devices (“rolling”) will play in shaping the state’s transportation future by identifying needs, opportunities, and strategies to realize Texas’ vision for active transportation.

This meeting was held virtually on Microsoft Teams.
