Final Report for the Texas Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Assessment
We are very excited to present the final report for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program Technical Assessment conducted by NHTSA on behalf of TxDOT. Several of the members of the Texas Pedestrian Safety Coalition as well as countless stakeholders, advocates, and transportation professionals throughout the State of Texas contributed significant time and effort to ensure the success of this effort. On behalf of TxDOT and the State of Texas, we are extremely grateful for your contributions!
We will discuss the future steps that TxDOT and the Texas Pedestrian Safety Coalition will be taking to implement the recommendations that have been provided within this document at our next TPSC meeting in November (save the date coming soon!).
